Enquiries: name, contact details, nationality, country, subject and message. Quiz: supplied answers, family information and preliminary results; submitting an enquiry adds contact details and voluntarily uploaded documents. The client area uses account details and case documents.
Quiz statistics store a random session identifier, language, steps and result identifiers, without names or answer text. Technical logs may contain request information.
Checklist downloads record email, language, activity and consent. Mailing consent is separate from requesting a download. Do not provide unnecessary health, criminal-record or third-party information; agree necessary documents with the lawyer.

The AI list is generated only on request: answers, preliminary results and your additional note go through Lovable AI Gateway to an OpenAI model. It does not determine legal applicability or grant a permit. Do not include document identifiers, contact details or sensitive data in your note.
The site uses Lovable Cloud for data and documents, transactional email infrastructure and, for the requested list, Lovable AI Gateway/OpenAI. When a fallback channel is configured and email fails, an enquiry notification may go through Telegram. WhatsApp and social networks apply their own policies when you follow their links.
Providers may process data outside the EEA. Processing locations, contracts and applicable international-transfer safeguards require confirmation with providers; this policy does not claim all processing stays within the EU.
Retention criteria (GDPR articles 5(1)(e) and 13(2)(a)): enquiry data and attachments are needed to handle the request and agree instructions. Once that purpose ends, unnecessary data must be erased; where LOPDGDD article 32 applies, they are blocked for the limitation period for potential liabilities arising from processing, then destroyed. Blocking prevents ordinary use and viewing: access is reserved for the authorities and purposes specified by law.
For an instructed case, each document is assessed separately for its necessity for the instructions, applicable retention duties and the defence of legal claims. A limitation period does not itself set a retention period for the entire case file. Tax, accounting and, where applicable, Ley 10/2010 duties concern specific records, not every enquiry and attachment. Professional secrecy does not justify indefinite retention.
This practice has not yet approved a specific erasure, blocking and backup-cleanup schedule; time-based automatic deletion is not configured.
